Clouds above Lungdar

A few weeks ago I visited East Lungdar to spend a weekend there. The town had recently celebrated its centenary and is one of the well-known towns within Mizoram. A picturesque town, East Lungdar is about about six hours' drive from Aizawl, the capital of the state of Mizoram, India. The people are friendly and the scenic beauty of the adjoining hills are a treat for every visitor. Sunsets are especially beautiful. After the rains had stopped and the clouds begin to clear, the golden rays of the sun appear... truly a heavenly sight to behold.
